it's a small world

it's a small world after all.

$32,000 in public funds were used for the custom designed and built Smart Grid Showcase public education replica display with the $2000 custom printed "unique CSGC branding" on large custom fabricated panels.
Those are the words used to describe it in the sole source justification,  where they claimed to have saved  "well over $70,000!"
The money came from the Dean's Smart Grid "shareback" account.  It's "residual" money from State and Federal grants (see pages 52 - 59).
The Smart Grid Showcase can be found in Riverside Hall,  Room 2009.
